Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due unless we are notified 10 days in advance of your scheduled reservation date. Whole house rentals will require a 20-day advance notice for full refund. If we are able to re-book your room(s) to another guest, we will offer a refund for the number of rooms re-booked.

Restrictions:
NO SMOKING - We have a no smoking policy inside Andre's Riverview Guesthouse. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and galleries only.

CHILDREN - We accept up to one child per room at no charge. Additional children please add $25 per child to your room rate.
