Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due unless we are notified 10 days in advance of your scheduled reservation date. Seasonal reservations during the Festival of Lights and Whole house rentals will require a 20-day advance notice. If we are able to re-book your room(s) to another guest, we will offer a refund for the number of rooms re-booked.

Restrictions:
NO SMOKING - We have a no smoking policy inside Andre's Riverview Guesthouse. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and galleries only.

PETS - For the comfort of other guests we have a NO PETS POLICY.

CHILDREN - Our property is not kid friendly.

Occupancy: Double occupancy. $50 per additional person, three people maximum for Library and Treehouse Suites.
